Experience world-class amenities at our five-star RV resort. At San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort, we strive to be one of the best parks you've ever visited. In fact, our resort was built with your comfort and convenience in mind. That's why we offer so many special amenities and are always working to make improvements.
While here, take a dip in our family swimming pool, lounge around in our 500 sq. ft. library, get a good workout in our 400 sq. ft. fitness center or do your laundry any time of the day at our 24 hr. laundromat. Our spacious climate-controlled bathhouses, are handicapped accessible and are just as nice and clean as those found in upscale hotels.
We are a pet-friendly resort and there's plenty of grassy areas for your animals to play in. We have just about everything you need during your travels at our on-site grocery and RV supply store located in the front office. Relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the San Jacinto River in your RV along its banks or in the gazebos built along the water's edge. Watch the ships pass, fly a kite, take in nature’s beauty, or enjoy a leisurely stroll. Our new 150 ft. fishing pier is great for catching an abundant variety of fish. There is no match for the pleasing sunsets, birds, and animals that will calm your soul and take your breath away.
RV Sites
You won't find any gravel roads or pads here because we know you want your RV driving and parking on concrete. We offer both pull-through as well as back-in sites. All our sites come with free DirectTV and full hook-ups (30/50 amp, water, sewer, electricity, etc.). Free WiFi Internet is available at most sites, in the office, and library. We also offer sites with great views of the river and private spas. We also have sunny and shady sites. Corner sites also offer more grassy areas if that’s what your pets or family prefer. Find your perfect spot at SJ Resort for as little as $17.50 per day (monthly rate for a standard site).
Luxury Cottages
Our cottages are perfect for a quick getaway to relax, fish, and enjoy nature! If you're having a wedding reception at our clubhouse, these cottages (19 in all) would be a great place for your out-of-town guests. If you're a contractor coming to the area for work, our cottages would be the ideal temporary home. It comes with just about everything you need, only better because we include housekeeping services! We have several styles of rental cottages to choose from! Our cottages are fully furnished, and include free utilities, Direct TV, and are just steps from the river! All of the resort's great amenities are included, too (fitness center, pools, laundry center, library, basketball court, fishing piers, gazebos, etc.).
Clubhouse
Our spacious clubhouse is the perfect spot for your next party! Whether it’s a wedding, rehearsal dinner, birthday/ anniversary/ retirement party, luncheon, church fundraiser, corporate party, or RV rally, your guests will love our rental facility. Built during the fall of 2010, our climate-controlled clubhouse features high ceilings with fans, tile flooring, French doors, lots of big windows overlooking the San Jacinto River, multiple bathrooms, a full kitchen (with stove, oven, refrigerator, etc.), and a limited number of tables and chairs. The entire indoor facility can seat up to 150 adults comfortably. We also added more beautiful landscaping as well as extra patio furniture to seat more of your guests on the spacious deck in front of the clubhouse.
Climate Controlled Storage Units
Need a place to store your belongings? We offer 10'x10'x12’ climate-controlled units in our spacious storage facility located on-site at reasonable rental rates. Parking spots for cars, trucks, trailers, and RV's also available for rental (daily/ weekly/ monthly). Storage & parking spots are for current or recent resort customers only. Parking spaces are uncovered with no hook-ups. See Storage & Parking Agreement for more details.
Free Amenities
Adult-Only Pool
Our gated infinity pool, which is located right next to the clubhouse, has a great view of the river. This pool is opened to customers 18 years and older only and also includes a spa, nearby bathhouses, and plenty of parking spaces.
Family Pool
Our gated family swimming pool is located right behind the front office and offers lots of seating areas, a covered patio, and it has a playground and basketball nearby. This is a great area for customers of all ages.
Fishing Piers
Enjoy catching fish year-round on our lighted fishing piers. From flounders to drums, trout, catfish, crabs, and more… our customers say our piers offer a great fishing spot!
Extra Safety
In addition to being a gated RV community, with a key card/ keypad entrance, our resort also employs parking lot monitors. We also have security cameras installed in several common locations. Despite being considered one of the safest RV resorts in the area, we ask our customers to help us deter theft by keeping vehicles and RVs locked at all times and by making sure valuables are kept out of sight.
Wi Fi & Direct TV
We do offer free limited Wi-Fi, which is strongest in our office and library area. Direct TV is also included at each RV site and cottage. Available TV channels including premium channels are listed on the Park Guide.
Boat Launch
If you have a boat, canoe, jet ski, or kayak, use our boat launch to get your craft into the water. There’s extra parking spaces for you to park your vehicle and trailers near the boat launch area while you enjoy your time on the river.
Fitness Center
Our fitness center has everything you need to pump you up or to get your heart going. From weight-lifting to running on the treadmill, to stretching… come to our fitness center to work on your health and self-confidence.
Library
Check out our great collection of library books available to you at no cost. We have comfortable seating with tables for you to set up your laptop as well as sofas and a TV to watch the news or a sports game.
Laundry
We offer an on-site self-service laundry facility with coin-operated washing and drying machines. Laundry soap and detergents are available for purchase in the nearby store located in the front office building.
